Ifimm was created under the impetus of the former founding members of the real estate asset management company called Scaprim and of Mr. François Drouin, current CEO of IFIMM and former CEO of the Crédit Foncier.

François Drouin

Président
40 years of experience Bank and Investments

Is the former chairman of the Board of the Crédit Foncier de France. Mr. Drouin began his career as a DDE engineer and then as regional director of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations before successively leading various financial institutions such as the Caisse d'epargne Midi-Pyrénées, or Oséo. Vice-President of BPI France, he was also president of highways and Tunnel of Mont-Blanc and of the French company of the Fréjus Road tunnel and of ETI Finance. Mr. Drouin has been active in France through all the real estate and financial cycles for almost 40 years. Mr. Drouin is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and also holds a DESS in economics from Paris X Nanterre.

Guillaume Boulanger

Mr. Boulanger manages today french residential real estate assets. Guillaume Boulanger is actuary with a diploma of l’ENSAE.

Raphaël de Marion Gaja

Raphaël de Marion Gaja before creating ADM in 2009 –an independent brokerage company dedicated to professional investors- Mr de Marion Gaja began his professional career as an intern to a Notary from 2005 to 2007 then as an investment analyst for Mr. Robert Monné from 2007 to 2009. Mr. de Marion has a Notary Degree (Diplôme Supérieur de Notariat) and a « diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprise » (D.J.C.E), a Master in Business Law and a university certificate in Tax Law.

Patrick Jeanjean

Patrick Jeanjean has worked alongside Mr Leroux for 12 years towards strategy and investment. Mr. Jeanjean’s immense experience in the field has taken him to work in the Vinci Construction Group (bridges and infrastructure), then in finance of large operations for the account of CIC (Eurodisney, Eurotunnel) as well as Crédit Foncier (construction, development, non performing loan). Patrick Jeanjean has a diploma from l’Ecole Polytechnique de Paris (X) and a Ph.D from Berkeley University.

François Meunier

François Meunier has started his career at the legal affairs of Renault Group and then at real estate direction of Thalès Group. He has worken then at the appraisal department of Jean Thouard Conseil, and then was ceo of Eurexi and DTZ valuation Paris. He joined ADM Investissements as a partner in 2014. François Meunier has got a law degree and is member of l’IFEI.

Marius Leroux

Was formerly the President and founder to Scaprim Services, an asset management company, which today manages 8 billions in real estate value both nationally and internationally.

Mr. Leroux was equally active in other domains regarding real-estate during 50 years, including the building of more than 2,000 residential constructions as well as the commercialization of more than 15,000 residential real-estate.

Marius Leroux directed the most considerable acquisition executed in the residential sector in France; in the year 2000, he participated in the buying of 13,500 residential real-estate properties, which made up EDF’s residential patrimony. In addition to the structuration and the financing of the acquisition, Mr. Leroux ensured during many years the valorization of the properties and the real-estate operational management of the assets: property management, facility management, asset management and arbitrage.

Marius has unfortunately left us recently.

Throughout his career, Marius Leroux has been keen to train his teams, to pass on his know-how to them, and to delegate them large responsibilities.
